What should I do if I want some certain clients can use only send&receive emails but not able to surfing with Internet browser or FTP?


Please make sure you have checked "Mail" and leave both "WWW" and "FTP" unchecked on the account edit panel: "Account"->choose the account which you want to make this restriction and click "Edit".


BTW, in that case, you can only send and receive emails by email client such as Outlook Express and thunderbird and so on.
